A gaze upon the mirror
Brought about a reflection
A foreboding silhouette
Of untold lies and secrets
One that is unknown
Even to himself
As venial
As it might seems

He shuddered
At the very thought of it
Behind the ingeniously craved facade
Lies a decade of heresies
Of indulgences and fallacies
Being stripped bare
He is left alone
To face his very dæmon
