Ladies and gentlemen of the blogging community, I am finally back from three week worth of hiatus! Yay! Ever since my comp broke down, I didn't have the chance to send it to repairs, because my mum keep on insisting that I wait for my bro to come back first (since his supposedly the expert on this kind of matter anyway). When this comp of mines is send to repair, it was diagnosed with a severe disorder. The brain of the whole comp (the motherboard) has broken down together with the power supply which is apparently the source of energy keeping this baby running.
Anyway, back to the main point. Yes, for the pass few weeks I am glad to say that I have managed to learn a whole bunch of stuff and not to mention experiencing a-once-in-a life time experiences.
First, on the list would be my FIRST FAILURE throughout my 10 years of education (excluding pre-school). Yes, ladies and gentlemen, you heard me, a freaking FAIL in my Additional Mathematics!!! I scored an unimaginable of 33% equivalent to a G9 in my school grading system ( the lowest grade possible). Isn't it just splendid? At that point I was starting to reconsider my principles in life. I used to believe that once you put in the right amount of effort, you would always (or almost in this case) get back the right amount of returning. But apparently (in this case), I am clearly proven wrong! I know I didn't studied that much to the point where I will get a perfect score in Add Maths or of some sort, but I did study for it! Sigh.... Guess no use crying over spilt milk I suppose? Or in this case a red mark to go to my permanent record.
Next issue would be me accidentally spilling NaOH over my mouth during Chemistry class. We were doing an experiment on acid-base titration at that point. But when I was about to transfer the sodium hydroxide with a 2 mol concentration, the stupid pipette filler of mines broke down. Which resulted in me sucking the solution with my mouth to get it through to the pipette. But guess what? I overestimated and some of the alkaline got into my mouth. Nothing seriously actually. Just some peeled skin and a very sore tongue. On the very same day itself, during our Bahasa Malaysia class, we were discussing bout syair ( traditional Malay poem ) I was asked to go to the front of my class and recite it. So I went out and just blurted out whatever that was sensible at that time. Naturally I made a fool of myself during the period. but at least I managed to make everyone laugh, including the teacher herself. Laughter is a good thing after all right?
Well the third issue on the list would be a double Birthday celebration at Pizza Hut! ( it was suppose to be a celebration of three Birthday's originally). Had loads of fun, minus all those nonsensical running about around the whole freaking mall shopping for gifts. Below are several pictures on that eventful day.
Presenting the birthday boy and birthday girl, Wang and Yu Hyuen~

And now presenting a chronicle of events involving a RM 68 worth of Secret Recipe cake.
Alas, one final issue left on the list! Guess what? Its all about frogs this time! Hahah... For once during Biology class we get to do something interesting! Dissecting frogs! Yay! But of course the troubles that took us just to catch those frogs itself are worthwhile when you get to cut it open while it is sedated with chloroform (which logic will tells you that it is still alive throughout the whole scientific process) Not to mention removing out the frog's organ one by one for in the name of science and of the greater cause. My friend told me it was better that way for them (referring to those amphibians) or else they would have 'mati katak' or died either way. kinda right actually. Gotta agree with you Mani on this point. Hahah.. I sounded like some sadistic person don't I? Hahah... Oh well, anything goes anyway nowadays. We did complete the whole scientific process by burying them. R.I.P dear frogs.
So in a nutshell, I have learnt the following:
Failure tends to happen anyway in life regardless of the effort or circumstances surrounding it! Just gotta be stronger after each fall!
Never use your own mouth as a replacement to a faulty pipette filler at all cost. Regardless of how good of your excuses you had at that time!
Don't be bother about making a fool of yourself! Even if you are in public! Making people laugh is a good thing! Be bold, be loud!
September is officially the month of Birthday's! Make sure one has a load of spare cash or money in one's wallet!
Dissecting live creatures or more specifically amphibians can be quite daunting at first! Nevertheless, it's one heck of an experience!
